Refund and Exchange Policy

Request Deadline: Customers may request a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product, upon presentation of proof of purchase.
Conditions for Refund:

Defective Product: If the seeds have any visible defects that prevent germination (such as broken seeds or signs of infestation), the customer is entitled to a full refund or exchange.
Incorrect Product: If the product received is different from the one purchased (variety, quantity), the customer is entitled to a full refund or exchange.
Non-Germination: If the germination rate is lower than that stated on the product label, the customer may request a partial or full refund, proportional to the quantity of seeds that did not germinate. In this case, the customer must provide photos or videos of the planted seeds and cultivation conditions.

Exchange Conditions: Product exchanges will be made for products of equal value or as a credit for future purchases. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product to be exchanged.
Disclaimer: The company is not responsible for germination failures caused by external factors such as:

Adverse weather conditions;
Inadequate soil preparation;
Insufficient or excessive irrigation;
Pests or diseases;
Incorrect use of chemicals;
Indoor cultivation without adequate light and ventilation conditions. The customer acknowledges that plant cultivation is a natural process and that seed germination depends on various factors, making it impossible to guarantee 100% success.
